When patients need long-term acute care, their families are presented with the difficult choice of deciding on the best environment for their well-being. We partnered with BridgePoint to create films that could demonstrate the care and community that families can experience at one of their locations. We started by creating two complimentary films, a short scripted “brand anthem” and a real example of success told through a longer “impact documentary”.
The Impact Documentary
We were introduced to Diego and his family through our story development process. Through multiple conversations with Diego and his family about his recovery process, we learned of his time at BridgePoint's profound impact on his life. Not only could we hear that raw emotion, but we could also see it by following Diego as he reconnected with incredible staff and therapists who worked with him.
We want to thank Diego and his family for their courage and resilience and for allowing us to be part of their journey. Because of them, we can now share their story and give hope to others through uncertainty.
The Brand Anthem
Our goal was to capture the essence of BridgePoint’s vision and values in 90, 30, and 15 seconds. After rounds of communication with leadership and marketing, we kept coming back to one word, commitment. It embodies all that BridgePoint does and stands for with its long-term acute care. That informed our message and visuals on how each patient gets that level of commitment from the staff and services offered at BridgePoint.
